As part of our assessments, we include content from our proprietary 250 treatment protocols that describes in detail when to reach back out to our doctors and when to go immediately to the ER. This is standardized text that's part of your medical case and it's accessible to you via Sherpaa’s app. People forget 85% of what's verbally told to them in exam rooms. Written text is accessible at any point in time and easy to review by you. 

When people create a case, our doctors look at the chief complaints and send back to you a series of standardized questions we've built to take an exhaustive and detailed history to rule out serious issues but also give our doctors a good idea about the likely diagnosis. By standardizing history taking, we ensure doctors don't forget to ask all the right questions. 

Sherpaa has pioneered a new kind of healthcare delivery for the last 5 years. As pioneers, we've built in checklists, protocols, and standardized evidence-based communications. A malpractice case would be extremely devastating to our company and brand, hence the focus on safety since day one. Ultimately, accessibility is safe and the best form of prevention. At its core, Sherpaa is accessibility to your own consistent small group of doctors. It is because of this that we've never had a single close call in malpractice in the last 5 years and we strive for safer and safer healthcare delivery. And given the paucity of, if any, malpractice cases in traditional transactional video-based telemedicine, we’re already in an extremely safe category of practice. We've simply analyzed the malpractice vulnerabilities of that kind of practice, and designed our model to eliminate those risks.
