Sherpaa operates in most highly populated states in America. The practice of medicine is regulated state by state so every state has their own unique laws regarding telemedicine. While there have been massive gains in legislation around telemedicine, some states continue to have laws regulating how doctors and patients can communicate. We are not in some states due to their laws (we're looking at you Texas!) and not in others due to Sherpaa's own strategic business decisions (maybe some day South Dakota!).
