After creating an account with Sherpaa, employees create a case:

Cases can be:

  • simple (I think I have a UTI)
  • moderate (my asthma is flaring up)
  • complex (is this breast lump I just found cancer?)

Some cases last 10 minutes and others last 10 months due to all the care coordination we need to do with specialists and/or managing an ongoing, serious illness. But over time, 5 years of internal data says there's a lot of simple cases, a bit less moderate cases, and a few serious, complex cases. Our doctors handle it all as primary care doctors who diagnose and treat but also arrange care from the inside with local specialists and facilities.
