  1. Create a case within Sherpaa’s app and tell us the details of your situation.
  2. Within a few minutes, our doctors message back with a series of specific questions.
  3. Based on your answers, we often arrive at a diagnosis. If your story supports that it’s just a cold, we recommend things you can do to feel better faster. 
  4. Since it’s so easy to check in for an update, we often say “let’s chat in a day or two to see if you’re any better.” If things are better, great, we avoided unnecessary intervention. But if things are worse, we can treat things when necessary.
  5. If your story supports an influenza diagnosis, we treat it with antivirals.
  6. Sometimes it’s even more serious, like pneumonia, and we ensure we either treat you or refer you to the right place or specialist to get you back on track. 
  7. And, of course, we always remind you that getting a flu vaccine protects you and everyone else around you.
