  2. Within a few minutes, our doctors message back with a series of specific questions.
  3. Based on your responses, we often have a good idea of what’s happening. It may be just a pulled muscle and we’ll both tell you what to do at home to help or we’ll prescribe a medication. You choose your pharmacy within the app and pick up the prescription in no time.
  4. It may also be something more serious. We may order imaging studies at your local imaging center to be done in no time. The radiologist will send us the results of your tests to be included in your case.
  5. We may send you to a recommended, local, in-network specialist to get evaluated. After seeing the specialist, we obtain a report outlining their findings and recommendations and we include that in your case in the app. We then work in conjunction with them to ensure your situation improves.
  6. Sherpaa always checks in on you. And you can easily send us updates. We’re here for you from beginning to end.
