  2. Within a few minutes, our doctors message back with a series of specific questions.
  3. Based on your answers, you might just need some ice and a rest. Since it’s so easy to check in for an update, we often say “let’s reconnect in a bit to see how things are going.”
  4. It might also be very serious and we’ll send you to the nearest ER.
  5. We may order imaging at your local imaging center to be done in no time. The radiologist will send us the results of your tests to be included in your case. 
  6. If there is a serious issue, we’ll arrange an appointment with a local in-network neurologist for further management. After seeing the neurologist, we obtain a report outlining their findings and recommendations and we include that in your case in the app. We then work in conjunction with them to ensure your situation improves.
