  1. Create a case within Sherpaa’s app and tell us the details of your situation. Of course, send along plenty of photos.
  2. Within a few minutes, our doctors message back with a series of specific questions.
  3. If your skin is infected, we’ll often prescribe antibiotics. You choose your pharmacy within the app and pick up the prescription in no time.
  4. We’ll check in on a regular basis to see how the treatment is coming along, get more photos from you of the resolving infection and adjust things accordingly.
  5. If the infection warrants more intensive antibiotics, we will refer you to a local facility or specialist to get IV antibiotics.
  6. Sherpaa always checks in on you. And you can easily send us updates. We’re here for you from beginning to end.
